Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about The RV Security System:

  1. How much does The RV Security System Cost?
    We have several systems available. Click here for pricing. We’re also happy to configure customs systems to meet your needs.
  2. I don’t have a smart phone. Do I need one to use The RV Security System?
    No. If you have a phone that can receive texts and mms’s, you can receive video alerts. Many people have these features and don’t know. Call us at 901-922-9600 and we can set up a demo which will show whether or not your current phone will work with the system. In our experience, almost every phone will.
  3. What if I have pets? Will the system work?
    Absolutely! We have an adjustable camera available for $30.00 more. You can adjust it to work with your pets so that you don’t get false alarms.
  4. What type of deterrent is offered by the system while we’re in it?
    The system can be programmed to trigger a siren. A very, very loud siren.
  5. Can I pause my plan?
    Yes, you can pause your plan at any time. Your account will go into Sleep Mode. The rate for this is $5.00 per month.
  6. Will The RV Security System Work in Canada, the UK, Europe, or Australia?
    Yes. The RV Security System will work in any country that utilizes a GSM cellular network. This is the most common cellular network type in the world. In some countries, you will need to provide your own cellular service.
