No. If you have a phone that can receive texts and mms’s, you can receive video alerts. Many people have these features and don’t know. Call us at 901-922-9600 and we can set up a demo which will show whether or not your current phone will work with the system. In our experience, almost every phone will. - What if I have pets? Will the system work?
Absolutely! We have an adjustable camera available for $30.00 more. You can adjust it to work with your pets so that you don’t get false alarms. - What type of deterrent is offered by the system while we’re in it?
The system can be programmed to trigger a siren. A very, very loud siren. - Can I pause my plan?
Yes, you can pause your plan at any time. Your account will go into Sleep Mode. The rate for this is $5.00 per month. - Will The RV Security System Work in Canada, the UK, Europe, or Australia?
Yes. The RV Security System will work in any country that utilizes a GSM cellular network. This is the most common cellular network type in the world. In some countries, you will need to provide your own cellular service.
